MUSIC & QUIET HOURS 9 p.m.-8 a.m. (per city ordinance) You may still use the pool and outdoor areas after 9 p.m., but music must be completely off and other noise must be kept to low/minimal levels. During the day, music should be kept at low/reasonable levels out of respect to neighbors. PETS Pets are not permitted at this property. PARTIES & GUESTS Parties are not permitted. Additional guests who are not listed on the reservation may not come to the property. Max occupancy is 10 people. If we receive a noise complaint due to a party, you may be asked to leave without refund. HURRICANE SEASON June 1–November 30 (travel insurance recommended) If traveling during these dates, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, either through Airbnb or from another insurer, with coverage for natural disasters. Refunds are not provided for weather-related trip delays, unless there is an evacuation order in the vicinity of this property. Travel insurance can also protect you from circumstances that may hinder you getting to the property, such as flight delays or cancellations. POOL WAIVER OF LIABILITY By renting this property, guest understands that use of the pool by the guest and others staying at the property is at guest's own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the pool and the area around the pool. Guest accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the pool by any guests staying on property, and that the property owner is not responsible for any such injuries. Guest understands there are potential dangers that the pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as danger to any person using the pool if a person has health risks, using while intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guests agree to be fully responsible for any accidents guests may incur. Guest understands that there is a child-lock gate at the top of the back stairs leading to the pool as well as a child lock at the top of the back door leading outside to the pool area. Guest understands that it is the guests' responsibility to engage these locks for them to be effective. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that all guests on property will assume responsibility for and the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against owner or Legacy Shores LLC for accidents or claims arising from guests’ use of the pool.
